Everything that Publix is filled with fillers, preservatives and sugar just like Safeway. The only difference is that they are well stocked and the store is well lit. The bakery and deli foods are gross ! I had to endure many Publix bought food based beach weeks with southern relatives - yuck.

None of the Boar's Head deli meats are "filled with fillers".  I shop at Farmers Markets weekly.  I also grow about 70% of our vegetables.  Whole Foods is overpriced and yucky.[/quote]

Where are those Boar’s Head meats from?

Whole Foods isn’t over priced and gross - it’s just too expensive for you. You want Publix prices. Here that means Giant, Safeway, Target or Harris Teeter. 
There’s nothing gross about foods without fillers, preservatives and other artificial elements in them.
