Are you kidding? She's 80LBS heavier because her twin looks like she's been in a forced labor camp. How could a woman with wealth, privilege, and access to the best nutrition let herself dwindle away like this?

Jenna meanwhile looks 10 years younger, healthier, and happier.

They have completely different body types/frames.  Jenna is rounder and heavier and Barbara is tall and lean.  Nothing wrong with either of them.  Stop body-shaming those who happen to be skinnier than you.[/quote]
