I have to say that as someone who grew up in Asia, the pressure cooker environment is much worse there and that contributes to an overall resilience. Here in the US, people pathologize being anxious about approaching deadlines and projects and I'm like, "It's normal people". So I think it's a matter of socialization. My 2 cents. [/quote]
