FDA - “stevia leaf and crude stevia extracts are not considered GRAS [Generally Recognized As Safe] and do not have FDA approval for use in food.” Erythritol - "chemical structure has been known to make digestion difficult ..." There are several other ingredients that are questionable as well. Compare that to ice cream. I make ours - milk, cream, pure cane sugar, vanilla. [/quote]
