The shelter was coming to the Ward based on Mayoral edict. Cheh supported moving it to a location the city owned versus a more expensive lease arrangement a few blocks away. If anything, that is showing fiscal responsibility.

And using terms like "nest" and "hood rats" is outright racist - not unlike Trump referring to "Mexicans" or Hitler referring to Jews as animals or vermin. Look in the mirror, because you may or may not recognize the ugliness the rest of us are seeing on display. You do not represent the best of Ward 3, clearly.[/quote]
