Sounds easy, except the mom changed her driver’s license/plates  to DC using a relative’s address. She has also changed her taxes to DC. Maybe she’ll have trouble at tax time? She and her husband plan to file separately.[/quote]

Tell them all of what you know. They can and will look deeper if you provide the data - they don't just ask people for the same paperwork as before when they investigate.

Or just keep complaining on DCUM and telling your friends about it so nothing changes. [/quote]
