And extra 20 days for kids isn't as helpful as making the time they have at school meaningful and child-based.  Those millions can help kids early on with more reading specialists, especially those who are trained dyslexia, etc. since many parents aren't aware there is a problem till the key window is missed for getting therapies.[/quote]
