The schools, nor the district administration, are not going to advertise the number of MS 13 members there are.  Bad PR.

So then how do you know it's in EVERY school? If we want to address this issue then we need FACTS. Not just hysteria.

How many of those are school-aged? 
Which neighborhoods? 
Which schools?
