Why?

Kate is nothing but very traditional and conservative. She is not modern, she will not be a trend setter following the latest fashion. Her tastes strongly reflect the 1930s-1950s upper class styles, both in her clothes and her interiors. It is rather appropriate for a future Queen. And she seems to be the one who likes it and wants to be this way. Anyone who expects Kate to be glamorous like Diana is going to be disappointed. [/quote]

Because it's so boring and fuddy duddy! It looks like something Camilla or the Queen would put togehter. It's very possible to be classy and yet modern and interesting, especially if you have access to the best interior designers in London.
