My cousin hooked up with NHL, MLB athletes often when she was in her late teens/early 20s.

She was gorgeous (still is), wild, funny and fun.  A skinny, dolled up blonde.

She would go to upscale and popular dance clubs. They all have special VIP rooms where the really gorgeous girls would be invited too away from the normal people and riff raff.  You only find out about these rooms if you are a special level of beauty. Average pretty won't cut it.

She eventually calmed down and got married to a regular guy, has a few kids and a successful career.
