Very true. How did you know. Indeed Duke rejects are picked up and employed by Bon Appetit, to serve Chicago students in their dining hall. They are so happy here though.  In fact they even recommend their legacy siblings for a Bon Appetit internship at UChicago. These students are a little thick, but very respectful and hard working. They know their place.Bon Appetit trains those Duke students well and send them back to Duke with some good skills to serve as Butlers in the homes of Chicago trained bankers. [/quote]
