Ryan is my go-to. He is easily the most intense coach of the bunch but also a nice person. He gets how to push me and for that, I will pay (damn it). But he sets a high bar. Mostly at BSDA and sometimes WW. [/quote]

You're welcome.  I realize you asked about specific studios, but I echo PP in that it's really more about the specific instructors.  Some of that is fit (how well you click with them) and some of that is certain ones just design tougher sequences than others and are better at holding people accountable during classes.  Part of what I love about Ryan is that his version of that is positive and enthusiastic.  You can hold people accountable and not be a jerk.

I'm glad they may be getting some competition from a Lagree studio in Atlas District.  Good.  Maybe that will help them rethink a bit.  As for PP who asked about NYC: they have a studio on Long Island.  SLT, which is Lagree, is big in NYC.  Personally, I find solidcore to be a better (harder) product, but YMMV.[/quote]
