DC is a very liberal town, and a lot of people without strong political views just sort of adopt liberal positions to blend in. Women who are explicitly conservative in this environment will almost all be pretty religious. Focus on finding someone open-minded and generally sensible, and her political views will almost certainly drift right once you are married and have children, save for a few hot-button issues.
