She might be motivated to sue you if you start sending her legal cease and desist notices. I would try to avoid dealing directly with this person. Don't apologize or admit any wrongdoing, in writing or otherwise. I agree that your best option is to try to get the search results buried. You could also use a first initial/middle name for your resume and professional website, which could help break with future employment.
