I disagree, it's already happening in most major metro areas across the globe.  I'd argue that we are quickly moving towards a global culture with a few major players.  Languages are dying out rapidly, human beings are more connected than ever via technology and the European Union/United Nations is still in its infancy.  We've progressed considerably towards a global community and will continue to do so.[/quote]

this is only happening in major cities in the west - not everywhere by any stretch.
