[/quote] omg my mother was obese and she was on excellent health while her manny of her skinny friends were struggling with all kinds of issues. in fact it was shown many times that overweight (not obese) people live longer on average than normal BMI people. personally I would always rather be normal BMI than fat that has nothing to do with health. you can be perfectly healthy and overweight.[/quote]
