No, the tenant wants to renegotiate something in the lease - $150 maintenance fee per call. DW wants to keep it. I say let it go to make tenant happy. DW wants me to reiterate her position to the tenant.[/quote]

PP who asked the question here. I know this isn’t the point, but out of my own curiosity, what does that even mean?  I’ve lived in several apartments and have never heard of a maintenance fee. Does that mean if the apartment needs something fixed, you charge the tenant $150 each visit?[/quote]
