[/quote] Isabel here. Same with me. We went to dinner at a friend’s house and I drank beer and ate chips. I’m in a pattern where the scale decreases during the week and then after the weekend it goes up and then I spend the next week getting back to where I was. So I’m not really losing anything despite eating much better and much less during the week. It may just be water weight but it’s still weight. Plus my body fat percentage on the Fitbit scale is creeping up although I’ve increased my exercise. I know I have to push through and change my weekend pattern but I feel like I can’t deprive myself all the time. It’s a tough balance. [/quote]
