Someone working in an administration that has demonstrated sympathy for NeoNazis in the past should be very careful to not make those gestures. Otherwise it could be misconstrued. So whether he meant it or not it still wasn't the smartest move. He was just copying what he saw others around him doing, not realizing the significance. [/quote]
