[b]FCPS is struggling from an overall failure to anticipate (and/or respond to) population demographics.  Pinning the results of that on your fear of illegal immigrants is narrow-minded and spiteful.[/b][/quote]

Try again.  Both are true.  1. A large influx of illegal immigrants have brought massive demographic changes to FCPS and 2. FCPS cannot keep up.
