In my kids' elementary and middle schools, they have had to ban the word "racist" as it has become such a constant accusation, exclaimed in any and every situation, most of which have nothing to do with racism. The word has become meaningless and honestly, a joke, because of its misuse and overuse. [/quote]

We've had to talk with our kids about being very, very careful with the use of "racist" since so many people throw it around at the [i]slightest[/i] provocation - usually these days, it's used as an "argument ender" for people who have no intelligent comments to make.  It's a serious accusation that has ceased to really mean much.  Thanks, liberals!   :roll:
