A lot of sexual harassment is not illegal.  Lewd comments, “accidental” touching  and the like are tolerated in our society. Or so says the 62 million Americans who voted for President “Grab her by the Pussy”.  Republicans put an admitted sexual assailant into the position of POTUS.
