[/quote] NP. You're not taking into account anything else, though. It's not so clear cut. For instance, a high SES family with disposable income may supplement their child's education with a tutor. A white, MC family where both parents are highly-educated but work FT may not be able to do that. And don't presume that ALL people who don't live in Upper NW can't afford it. They may just have different priorities and desires for the kind of neighborhood they want to live in. [/quote]
