Can you provide a link that says the sex was consensual?  There was still a charge for child porn.

I am good friends with someone who was very closely involved in the case. She did it for money. Was not her first time doing so either.  The child porn charge stemmed from sharing of nude pics of her and she is underage.[/quote]

Thank you for clearing that up! 17- and 18-year-old future astronauts allegedly paying a 14-year-old $20 for sex makes the sodomy and forced oral and anything else they felt like doing to her in the school bathroom kosher. /s
