Have you ever looked at the Constitution? It's very brief. You could read it in 20 minutes, tops. Besides, you're making some bigtime assumptions. 1) We do not know that Trump is experiencing dementia. 2) As far as enormous narcissism and other personality disorders, no worse than Hillary. 3) No evidence he conspired with Russia to fix the election, and 4) the "far, far fewer voters" is meaningless. Your idiot candidate spent time in California, partying it up with George Clooney, instead of in swing states with the working class she was seen as ignoring. Cost her the election.
I'm literate, thanks. There's a difference between reading and fully comprehending the meaning of it. For example, I never understood the bit about the emoluments until Donnie was elected. They're "assumptions" like scientific theories are "theories." 1) I'm sure you've seen the multiple videos of him wandering away at photo shoots, bill signings, hand shakings, deplaning, shaking Melania's hand rather than embracing her.... you've probably also read accounts of how his speech has devolved considerably in the last few decades. You've undoubtedly seen his insane tweets, not just the racist ones, but the covfefe ones. Maybe you've heard that Alex Jones and Roger Stone are concerned enough about his demented behavior as to posit that he's on drugs. If that's not dementia, what is it? 2) oh my god. Whataboutism. And, no, reality does agree with you on this point. At all. 3) Do I have the smoking gun? No. Does Mueller? Probably. Since you probably like to imagine yourself to be a thinking person, let's talk about that "adoption" meeting DJT, Jr had with Russia at Trump Tower. 4) it's not meaningless. We know that the voter databases were hacked, that is a fact. We do not know what this means. People in swing states were unable to vote, and as usual the GOP was working hard to suppress the vote in reliably Democratic areas. FURTHER, the GOP didn't think Donald could win Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, and it's rather queer that he "won" by under 80K. Those are some razor thin margins. So it took treason and voter suppression and the will of the people still wasn't for Donald. So, yes. The EC failed.
