I think it's inappropriate for parents to spend more than $100 on a homecoming outfit. Parents ought to already know this, but evidently some of them aren't doing their job. So I think that students should be required to submit an itemized list of their homecoming outfits, with the cost of each item, before being allowed to buy tickets.[/quote] You're right, schools should just do away with all the rules since no one should be in charge of deciding what the rules should be.
