When a person uses a bicycle to get from Point A to Point B, that's inconsiderate?

How about all of the people using cars to get from Point A to Point B, who are really the ones clogging up the roads -- are they being inconsiderate too?

Plus, actually it is illegal for you to honk loudly while you blow past a bicyclist in your car.
