My post above.  Obama's DACA was/is for a defined group as was Reagan's amnesty.  DACA is not a flexible moving group.  DACA caused the surge in unaccompanied minors-that was/is not a defined group and should be cancelled.  DACA by virtue of it's guidelines automatically phases out.  From Reagan and Obama we have definitive data that any relaxation for illegal immigration creates a surge.    Remove the levee in NOLA or a portion thereof?
