I thought it showed well too. Almost all the houses in that neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods are old and need updating. This market had a lot of high priced homes flying off the shelf in Hyattsville, Mount Rainier, and UP so I didn't think the original price was that high.[/quote]

yeah, I didn't notice either, but I took my husband back later and he said bc the garage floor was so broken up and the bricks were so cracked on the structure that it had settled badly and further parking in the garage would make it worse. Also, he looked at the basement wall and showed me how bowed it was, from ground pressure outside. The surface of the wall was chipped and powdered, and areas showed water leaking. Scary.[/quote]
