4.63. I'm guessing it's because I'm not chatty and/or I don't tip. I'm always waiting outside, I don't bring food or drinks in the car or make a mess, and I don't complain about the route, air, etc. But I'm quiet and don't tip. I don't really care. I think it's ridiculous that uber even lets drivers rate paying customers. Short of riders who are abusive to drivers, I think it's poor form to rate and judge your customers.
No, it's not ridiculous. Drivers should know that type of people they are willing to pick up at 2-3 o'clock in the morning.
Really? And what is the difference between a 3, 4, or 5 customer? Are there some sort of rating guidelines that drivers use to understand what "type of people" they're picking up? No. It's an arbitrary rating system. It honestly tells them nothing unless someone has a sub-2 rating. Like I said, identifying abusive customers or those who should be banned makes sense. But otherwise letting drivers rate customers at 3, 4, or 5 is just pointless.
Many drivers will not pickup someone with a 3 rating late at night. A 3 rating screams troubles and headaches. Then what's the point of customer rating drivers?
