Actually it does. LAMB's board is only accountable to the LAMB Board. The PCSB only cares if they meet their academic goals and don't steal money. OSSE cares about whether they treat special needs kids fairly.

Absolutely. A school cannot take aside a select group and give them inside information about a choice the school made deliberately without community input.
