I know you could make arrangements to submit anonymous comments if by sharing you would violate your child's FERPA rights - e.g. an issue with how your child's IEP was handled that made you concerned about their proposal. If that's the case contact the PCSB staff and they will help you.

But any other general concerns or comments must be made on the record if you expect the Board to take them into consideration.

You clearly haven't been at an HRCS where we are all expected to 'rah rah rah' and sweep concerns under the rug.  It reminds me of my gin drinking, Episcopalian, Northeastern relatives.  We don't talk about our own problems.[/quote]
