You're right there are good reasons for the school not to share this info. That's why people are asking DCUM and other non-official channels what they know about the matter. If the school won't formally tell people (for reasons good or ill) of course they are going to look for other sources of info, including DCUM. But where there's smoke there's often fire. And there seem to be a lot of leaks suggesting that this is real, or at least it is starting to look probable, including from school employees. Should people who want to know whether their school is going to be moved in 18 months just ignore the smoke, sit quietly, and wait until the probability goes from 75% (or whatever) to 100% when the lease is signed and the administration tells us?[/quote]
