I am in week 10 and I have lost 28 pounds. I did a lot of reading online to make sure that I was maximizing the effectiveness. 1. I bite it and write it every day - track every ca I go in for the weigh in and BP check this month and I don't have weight loss to show for it, she will say it is losing its effectiveness so I am digging in deeper, exercising 4-5 times a week to get that number as low as possible. I am hoping to trim off 45 pounds or more in four months. When I started, I thought that 30 pounds would be great, but I will soon be well beyond that so I am trying to get down another 10-15 to hit my true goal weight that I thought was out of reach.
Interesting. Dr. Anchors says no exercising.
Np here. i need exercise to deal with my anxiety... any exceptions?
You may be taking that out of context. He is not a fan of exercise as a tool to lose weight. Exercise burns calories & makes you hungry, which is why it is difficult to use to lose weight. Exercising to be fit & healthy is fine.
