Your link simply showed me that it's usually white women with thin, limp hair that benefit from the look of the bob cut.  I totally agree.

Thin, fine hair does not look good long at all, the bob cut is a way to give it a fuller appearance and since it likely gets oily quickly since its so thin the shorter cut would make it easier to wash and dry daily.

Different styles look good on different women, some should rock the bob and others look good with long hair.  [/quote]

I agree - I love some of those- esp Cate Blanchet. But my hair is just too thick and would be out-to-HERE on any day i did not spend an hr styling. So i guess i rely on the weight of longer hair to hold it down. And i'm 52! I would love to cut it but i'm not ready to take on all that styling.[/quote]
