Those are very different scenarios.[/quote] When did she leave? We went all the way through Latin and the HS classes were challenging. Our child is at a school now with a much lower rate of acceptance than that (much), but I agree with the PP that students choose colleges as much as colleges choose them. The Basis model is not my cup of tea, but to each their own. Basis should be given time to roll out a few graduating classes. I'm sure they'll do fine. I hope so--DC needs as many good options as possible.[/quote]
