We don't have room for skates but my kids rode their little cars and trikes inside. Now they play basketball with mini hoops and balls. They also build couch forts. We don't jump on the beds, though, because we have slats, not box springs. When they are older we will refinish the floors again. It's a home, not a museum, and half of the occupants need to be physical a lot. Not a big deal to me.[/quote]
