Along with Count 4 child endangerment, 3 and 4 above will certainly be all CPS or whatever agency needs to give custody to the Benson family (grandparents and aunt).

I have no doubt the former au pair will be a part of the child’s life (not custodial). She loved both CB and V. They were both in her bridal party. They had weekly calls. Many posts on her Instagram.
