It's still on the parents. They left her in the car, alone, for an hour (and again, we don't know when they were planning on returning). The cops were doing their jobs. My kids would be scared too if a strange person, cop or no, showed up and tried to open the car. WHICH IS ONE OF THE REASONS I WOULD NEVER DO THIS. [/quote]
