You are not allowed to access the chart of someone you are not treating. Of course, their EMR system was down but if it was that would get flagged by the system itself. 
Are you saying that Langon should have probed whether Becca was having sex?

I'd have to rewatch to know for sure, but I think Jahadi's mom is a GI surgeon so if that patient went to surgery she would have found out. And either way someone telling a physician that someone else missed a diagnosis is NOT the same as passing on patient information--which can happen anyway for the purpose of providing care (curbside consults being an example) and is not prohibited.
