This makes sense. I wonder why Taylor suddenly cooked up Option H and rammed it through in 2 months over the holidays. It’s not like Wootton’s facility problems were a secret before then. Did he see an opportunity to transplant Wootton into Crown to make the local developers happy, while at the same time delaying Magruder’s renovation for several years?[/quote]
