This poor guy lived in DC. That’s where his apartment is and his home is in Wisconsin. His apartment in DC was flooded so he went o a hotel 8 hours away. wtf? He has no connection to Providence other than a false claim of being a transfer student.

Why is he in a hotel room near Providence airport with a Glock with a laser beam on it and a handgun? And why was he lying about attending Brown? He never did.

Somebody mentioned the guy in the video may not have acted alone—that he seemed to be scanning for someone,
