You knew what he was accused of before you saw his picture. I don’t know where they got the picture from but we’ve all had weird DMV or passport pictures. I’m one of those that knew him and never suspected him. I wouldn’t call him super charming, but he just didn’t stand out. I suspect that in order to get families to trust him and find kids to prey upon, he’s learned how to not be perceived as weird or creepy. To the casual acquaintance, that is enough to get by without suspicion. [/quote]
