Iran gives Hamas around $100 million every year, and they’ve been funding Hamas since the 90s. They are by far the biggest supporters of Hamas.

You're never going to get official numbers, but there has been all kinds of reporting on it.

Back in 2007 to Palestinian Foreign Minister said Iran gave Hamas $120 million.

Back in 2022, Ismail Haniyeh acknowledged in an interview that Hamas received $70 million that year in military assistance from Iran.

You can keep googling.  Take your pick.  The numbers fluctuate, but all signs point to Iran being the biggest financial backer of Hamas.  More than Israel ever has.  People here keep talking about Hamas like it's an Israeli puppet.  No, if anything they are an Iranian puppet.  Hezbollah and Hamas are known Iranian proxies.  They purposely want to fuel this violence and are an obstacle to peace.
