Every single club has problems "at the top" as this entire thread shows.

I agree with the rest of your post, for the most part. But in this case, it's a chunk of the "favored" 10% that are leaving U19. They all play for one HS (save one) and they are all moving with that coach's kids.[/quote]

Reading between the lines, maybe the HS coach is afraid what happened to the older girls will happen to her own kid. Maybe her motivation is selfish. Regardless, good on her for recognizing the problem and taking action.

When we sit and do nothing, despite ongoing issues, we are part of the problem. Too many parents are willing to turn the other way. [/quote]
