Dear FCV - Next year is going to be a problem and it seems clear that no coach or player is ready to trust you on that since the Fall season doesn't start for another 6 months and since there are so many short term concerns to deal with in the meantime.  I think the solution is to hire coaches for the next 6 months.  Good coaches are better and if they can stay on for next year than that's great, but give us a chaperone for the next six months at least so your current teams are assured of getting thru their regular Spring season and upcoming tournaments.  If the next 6 months are assured you may get some interest in selling your vision for next year.  That vision is impossible to sell if all your current players walk because you screwed them in the short term.[/quote]
