There are many things can be done other than the current process which will be constitutionally kosher. [/quote] The root problem in the eyes of the district court is that the board knew the changes would reduce the percentage of Asian students at the school. There are no reforms that will both be effective and leave 75% of the student body asian. Either TJ exists to serve the best students are a few feeders or it exists to serve the whole county. The board chose the whole county and they were overruled. [/quote]
