+1[b] I think Roddie was the one who released the video,[/b] perversely thinking that it exonerated them. Dumb schlub indeed and my god, the privilege. But I believe the judge that he actually showed remorse.

Its on record that the LEOs had the video for three months and sat on it. The LAWYER of the defendants released the video to a local station under the mistaken impression it would clear their name. It in fact forced an arrest for murder.[/quote]

Whether the lawyer breached attorney client privilege depends on whether others saw the video and who consulted with the attorney. We don’t have enough information to know if the lawyer violated the rules of professional conflict. [/quote]
