“Y’all” as a written term is often used by arrogant liberals when they see an opportunity to talk down to people they view as ignorant hicks and rednecks.  Same mindset as the Democratic/LP folks who thought it would be a good idea to cosplay with tiki torches in front of the Youngkin campaign bus last Friday.
