She has no control over the timeline for construction. None. That is ALL on DGS. I really don't understand what is so hard about this.

I am not defending her because I think she is great, I am simply pointing out that this criticism is woefully misplaced, and your continued criticism makes me want to donate to her campaign.[/quote]
